Toledo sets new temperature record for March 13
3/13/2014Toledo has set a new new low temperature record for the day, with temperatures dropping to negative 4 degrees today, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland.
The reading was taken at 7:30 a.m. at Toledo Express Airport. The previous record of 4 degrees was set in 1948.
