Way Library to host talk on tour of Baltics

Jan and Gary Samples will tell about their recent tour of three Baltic countries at Way Public Library at 2 p.m. Tuesday. They visited Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, which are emerging from a turbulent history.

Mr. Samples was a Perrysburg city councilman for 24 years, and they both are retired for teaching. They have traveled to 49 states and 37 countries. The program is free.
