Humane society offers weekend kitten special
6/26/2014The Toledo Area Humane Society will hold a Kitten Shower adoption special this weekend.
From noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the shelter, 1920 Indian Wood Circle in Maumee, adoption fees will be reduced to $85 for kittens and to $50 for cats 4 months old and older. The shelter will still honor its Better in Pairs discount, through which adopters taking home two cats will get a second at half price.
Refreshments will be served and adopters will get goodies for their new felines. All adoptable cats and kittens are spayed or neutered and vaccinated.
