A former Toledo man whose trial on robbery charges ended with a hung jury pleaded no contest Monday to a single count of robbery for a Jan. 3 hold-up at Star Beauty Supply, 48 S. Byrne Rd.

Calvin Tuttle, 35, of Napoleon was found guilty by Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Frederick McDonald, who sentenced him to six months at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. The judge also placed Tuttle on community control for four years, and ordered him to complete drug and alcohol treatment and undergo random drug testing.
