A licensed practical nurse who was charged with theft of drugs was granted intervention instead of a conviction Wednesday.

Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Gene Zmuda withheld a guilty finding for Rachel Sexton, 27, of 3554 Helene Ct. on the fourth-degree felony, which stemmed from her employment at Arbors at Sylvania.

Judge Zmuda placed her in the intervention program for two years, during which time she is to complete 100 hours of community service, undergo drug testing and drug and alcohol treatment, and attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
