Event to aid canine cancer research

A 1-mile walk to benefit canine cancer research is slated for Sept. 21 at Side Cut Metropark, 1025 W. River Road, Maumee.

Early registration for the fourth annual Andy’s Army Walk and Fun Run is open through Wednesday.

Register online or download a mail-in registration form at andys-army.org. Forms are also available at several area veterinary offices and pet stores. Contact Sue Bechtel at 419-875-5272.
