Andy’s Army One Mile Walk/​Fun Run fund-raiser,  Side Cut Metropark, 1025 W. River Rd., 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sept. 17. Free tailgate party and goodie bags for registered participants. Featuring raffles, a Blessing of the Animals, a disc jockey, door prizes, vendors, local dog trainer, Ask a vet area, and visits from comfort and therapy dogs. Shakin’ Not Stirred Poker Run starting at  Clamdigger’s, 1540 E. Elm Ave., Monroe, registration 10 a.m. last bike out at 11 a.m. and last bike in by 6 p.m. Saturday. Poker run will run through Dan’s Downtown Tavern in Saline; Artesian Wells Sports Tavern, Cement City; Uncle Lyle’s Tavern and Grille, Dundee; then back to Clamdigger’s.
