The bronze bell at the memorial honoring first responders at Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania. A dedication ceremony was held Monday and the bell was struck for the first time honoring those who responded to Sept. 11 as well as all first responders.

A 250-pound custom bell, which hangs at the 911 First Responders Last Call Memorial, located at Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania, was rung for the first time Monday during an annual Sept. 11 ceremony.
