Maumee Senior Center will offer breakfast

The Maumee Senior Center will serve breakfast Mondays and Tuesday through Dec. 19.

The Maumee Senior Center is offering breakfast twice a week beginning Monday.

Breakfast will be served Mondays and Tuesdays through Dec. 19. The cost for seniors 60 and older is $1.75. Those under 60 can also attend for $8.12.

“Our lunch program has been growing each year and the seniors requested breakfast, so we thought we would try it out,” Executive Director Malinda Ruble said.

Seniors are encouraged to call 419-893-1994 24 hours in advance to make reservations. The senior center is at 2430 S. Detroit Ave.
