Two people were shot on Saturday in East Toledo.
Toledo police investigated the shooting about 1:33 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Genesee Street. Two unknown gunmen fired at a car from across the street, striking siblings Carnelle Oliver and Cornelius Oliver, witnesses told police.

The victims were treated at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. A hospital spokesman said no patient information was listed Monday for either person.
There have been 160 people shot this year in Toledo, according to a Blade review of police records.
