Seneca County lets roof-repair bids

TIFFIN — Bids will soon be opened for roof repair or replacement on three Tiffin buildings owned by the Seneca County commissioners — work that is part of the county’s ongoing energy-efficiency upgrade.

Commissioners approved a contract services agreement Tuesday with Toledo-based Palmer Energy, directing the company to develop bid packages for roof work on the county maintenance building, the county-owned CSB building, and the Fifth Third Bank building.
