Paul Azinger withdrew from the U.S. Senior Open at Inverness Club on Tuesday, citing fatigue.

Michael Zaremba of Pueblo West, Colo., will take Azinger's place in the field. Zaremba shot a 69 at sectional qualifying at Rolling Hills Country Club in Golden, Colo., and won a playoff to earn the first alternate position.

Azinger won the 1993 PGA Championship at Inverness on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff with Greg Norman. He now works as a golf analyst for ESPN and hasn't competed on the Champions Tour this year.
