TONTOGANY — Ryan Smoyer threw completed 17 of 28 passes for 300 yards and five touchdowns for Otsego (3-1, 1-0)

Nate Hackworth made eight receptions for 170 yards and four touchdowns. The Knights’ Cole Gorski intercepted a pass and returned it 80 yards for a TD with 29 seconds left in the game Rossford’s Ryan Clay threw for four TD, completing 36 of 51 passes for 419 yards. Top receivers were Steven Nordhaus (7 catches for 117 yards, 2 TDs) and Nick Vidra (15 receptions for 168 yards, 1 TD).

The Bulldogs’ David Fleetwood had 19 carries for 113 carries, including a 62-yard run.
