At Start, the Spartans (2-4, 1-0) rushed all over the Bulldogs (0-5, 0-1), getting three players to run for at least 100 yards a piece.

Start was led by Brian Lee, who scored three TDs while rushing eight times for 165 yards.

Marty Ramirez rushed 13 times for 110 yards while adding a score. Chris Jones had 113 yards on eight rushes.

Scott's Tre Brown was 7-of-22 passing for 191 yards with a TD toss to Rashad Lane, who caught five passes for 176 yards.

Bowsher 62, Woodward 0

The host Rebels stormed out to a 40-0 first-quarter advantage.

Bowsher quarterback Andrew Grigsby put up some big numbers, scoring touchdowns on runs of 35 and 10 yards, and passing to Maurice Richardson for a score.

Grigsby carried six times for 150 yards, while completing 2 of 5 passes. Richardson also rushed for a TD.

Colina Feemster, William Smith, Darrian Johnson, Allen Cook each scored touchdowns for the Rebels (2-4, 1-0 City League).

The Polar Bears drop to 0-6, 0-1.
