CITY: Collins paces Rebels to win with 155 yards, 3 touchdowns

The Rebels dominated play in the middle quarters, scoring 16 points in the second and 14 in the third Friday night in a City League game.

Khane Collins scoring three touchdowns — on runs of 4, 3, and 25 yards — while gaining 155 yards in 28 carries for Bowsher (4-4, 3-0 CL). Mark Washington also reached the end zone for the Rebels with a three-yard run. Mac Jewel had three two-point conversion passes.

Johnny Douanglee threw a third-quarter TD pass to Tyler Slawski for the Indians (0-8, 0-3). Douanglee completed 10 of 18 passes for 124 yards.

Scott 38, Woodward 0

Reuben Pratt rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns on six carries to lead Scott (3-5, 1-2).

Pratt scored on touchdowns of 45 and 22 yards and Bryan Pinkney added 87 yards on the ground. Day’Vontae Russell had a five-yard TD run.

The Scott defense held the Polar Bears (0-8, 0-3) to 89 yards of total offense. Scott’s Marcus Gilmer returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown, and the Bulldogs added a safety.
