Genoa 59, Woodmore 21
ELMORE — Kyle Nutter had a huge game, rushing for 244 yards on 24 carries and scoring seven touchdowns Friday night to lead the Comets in a Northern Buckeye Conference game.
Nutter scored on a long run of 82 yards and also threw a touchdown pass to his brother, David Nutter, from 15 yards out. Cody Pickard completed the scoring for Genoa (8-0, 5-0 NBC) with a 27-yard field goal.
Connor Bringman scored on a 20-yard run for Woodmore (3-5, 1-4). Jake Matwiejczyk threw a 20- yard TD pass to Evan Ulinski and also rushed in from 39 yards out.
Lake 66, Fostoria 13
MILLBURY — Jared Rettig completed 22 of 25 passes for 306 yards and six touchdowns. He also ran for a 22-yard score.
Ben Swartz caught four passes for 106 yards, two touchdowns, and added a 55-yard interception return for a score. Chris Salaz finished with seven catches for 58 yards and two touchdowns.
Conner Bowen and Mark Greenlese caught TD passes for Lake (3-5, 2-3), which scored on the opening kickoff when Adam Duncan raced 83 yards. Duncan also rushed for a TD.
Dom Fuller threw TD passes of 34 yards to Tony Mauricio and 35 yards to Tony Reynolds for the Redmen (0-8, 0-5).
Rossford 28, Elmwood 13
BLOOMDALE — Ian Stolar and Ryan Clay helped the Bulldogs erase a 13-point deficit by scoring 28 consecutive points.
Stolar led Rossford (5-3, 3-2 NBC) with 105 yards and one touchdown on 27 carries. Ryan added 87 yards and one TD on 15 attempts, in addition to a 31-yard TD pass for Sean McCormick.
Mike Smith led Elmwood (3-5, 1-4) withr 59 yards rushing and a TD. Michael Chapman scored on an 18-yard pass from Zach Foster.
Eastwood 42, Otsego 14
PEMBERVILLE — Eastwood (5-3, 5-0) ran past Otsego, with Devin Snowden leading the way with 103 yards and three touchdowns.
Snowden scored on runs of 9, 44, and 11 yards. Skylar Dierker added 110 yards on 17 carries, including a two-yard TD run. Brent Schlumbohm rushed for a two yard TD run. Blake Kohring intercepted a pass and returned it 28 yards for a score.
Otsego (4-4, 3-2) scored on a four-yard TD run by Ryan Smoyer, who also threw a 10-yard TD pass to A.C. Limes.
