Rogers claims 2nd straight City League championship

Rogers claims a second straight City League championship by defeating Waite 74-23 in a City League tourament title on Saturday afternoon at Waite.

Cha'Ron Sweeney pumped in a game-high 20 points to lead the Rams. Akienreh Johnson scored 16 points and Toriana Easley added 11 in the win.

Mary Perkins scored eight points and Ramiah Henry added six points for the Indians.
