5 University of Toledo men score in double figures, beat McNeese State

Five players scored in double figures as the University of Toledo men's basketball team trounced McNeese State, 79-66, today in a BracketBuster contest at Savage Arena.

Rian Pearson recorded a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Also scoring at least 10 points for Toledo were Matt Smith (13 points), Reese Holliday (13), Dominique Buckley (10), and Julius Brown (10).

The win was UT's seventh in its last eight games.

The Rockets (13-11) forced the Cowboys (11-14) into 20 turnovers.
