CHICAGO — No. 10 Ohio State rolled past Nebraska 71-50 in a Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal today at the United Center.

After trailing 15-6 with 13 minutes remaining in the first half, the Buckeyes answered with a 48-13 run that spanned the halves.

Deshaun Thomas and Sam Thompson each had 19 points to lead OSU, which advances to Saturday’s semifinal to play the winner of tonight’s game between Michigan State and Iowa.
