Buckeyes draw Iona in NCAA tourney

The Ohio State men's basketball team drew a No. 2 seed in the West Region of the NCAA tournament and will play No. 15-seeded Iona (20-15) on Friday in Dayton.

Earlier today, Deshaun Thomas scored 17 points as the 10th-ranked Buckeyes (26-7) used their defense to beat No. 22 Wisconsin 50-43 for the Big Ten tournament championship.

Notre Dame (25-9) will play Iowa State (22-11) in a 7-10 game in Dayton. That winner gets either Ohio State or Iona on Sunday.

Louisville is No. 1 overall seed in NCAA tournament and will play in Midwest region.
