WACO, Texas — Brittney Griner scored 33 points and grabbed 22 rebounds to go along with three dunks in her final home game for Baylor, and the defending national champion Bears beat Florida State 84-47 in the second round of the NCAA tournament tonight.

Leonor Rodriguez had 11 points to lead Florida State (23-10). Waite graduate Natasha Howard finished with eight points and six rebounds.

The Bears (34-1) are in the NCAA round of 16 for the fourth year in a row. They play Louisville (26-8) on Sunday in Oklahoma City.

With former President George W. Bush part of the crowd packed into the Ferrell Center for the final home game of her impressive career, Griner delivered in a big way.

The 6-foot-8 Griner had her second dunk in this NCAA tournament, with a one-handed slam late in the first half. She added two more in a 79-second span in the second half soon before coming out of the game.
