Toledo Mud Hens suffer 4-1 loss to Louisville
4/11/2013The Mud Hens suffered a 4-1 loss to Louisville in their 2013 home opener at Fifth Third Field today.
Toledo managed just three hits off the Bats' Greg Reynolds and Clay Hensley and did not advance a runner past second base until the ninth. In that inning a single and three straight walks forced home the Hens' lone run.
Louisville took advantage of three Hens errors and five walks to score once in the fourth, twice in the sixth and one more in the eighth. Three of the Bats' four runs were unearned.
The two teams will play again at Fifth Third Field Friday starting at 7 p.m.
