Ohio State, Michigan football going primetime

Ohio State and Michigan are going primetime.

The rivals will play in five of the six Big Ten night games nationally televised by ABC or ESPN, the schools announced today, with Ohio State playing two home games under the lights for the first time in program history.

The Buckeyes' primetime games include home dates on Sept 28 against Wisconsin and Oct. 26 against Penn State and an Oct. 5 road contest at Northwestern. The three games will begin at 8 p.m.

Michigan will host Notre Dame at 8 p.m. on Sept. 7 and travel to Penn State for a 5 p.m. kickoff on Oct. 12.

The games will be televised by ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2.
