Detroit Red Wings Game 6 to begin at 8 p.m. Friday

DETROIT - The Detroit Red Wings announced today that Game 6 of a Western Conference quarterfinal playoff series against the Anaheim Ducks will begin at 8 p.m. Friday at Joe Louis Arena.

Game 6 will be broadcast on Fox Sports Detroit.

Game 5 of the series is at 10 Wednesday at the Honda Center in Anaheim. The best-of-seven series between the Ducks and the Red Wings is tied 2-2.
