Craft tallies 28 as L-B coasts to victory

LEXINGTON, Ohio -- Caite Craft scored 28 points Saturday night to lead the Eagles to a Division III girls basketball regional championship.
Craft made 14 of 22 free throws, and also grabbed seven rebounds.
The Eagles (23-2) led Centerburg 9-2 after the first quarter and 18-7 at halftime. More offense in the third quarter ended with L-B leading 42-28.
Rachel Myers added 17 points for Liberty-Benton.
Katie Simon had seven rebounds and six assists.
Liberty-Benton was 21 of 37 from the free-throw line, while the Trojans were 12 of 17.
Stacy Fielding led Centerburg (21-5) with 13 points.
