In Division IV, Arcadia senior guard Miranda Palmer, who led the Redskins to a 19-3 regular-season record and a Blanchard Valley Conference championship, was named to the All-Ohio first team.

Palmer averaged 21.7 points and 4.3 assists.

Arcadia’s Randy Baker shared D-IV coach of the year honors with Dave Kleman of top-ranked, unbeaten Ottoville.

Picked to the second team in Division IV was 6-3 senior forward Kelsey Tietje (18.0 points, 11.0 rebounds) of Patrick Henry, which finished 21-1 in the regular season.

Ottoville’s Abby Siefker was chosen as D-IV player of the year.
