The Maumee-based humane law-enforcement organization on Tuesday removed 34 Havanese dogs owned by Mike Keyser and Kimberly Martin of the 2800 block of Wanamaker Drive in West Toledo. Mr. Keyser signed a surrender form giving all of the dogs to the humane society.
