Washington Township Fire Chief Matt Hart plays Amazing Grace with his bagpipes during mass to honor the lives of Toledo firefighters Stephen A. Machcinski and James Dickman at the Historic Church of St. Patrick in Toledo. Hart will play at both of the firefighter's funerals, as well as tomorrow's Last Call event at Seagate. He is also a member of the Toledo Pipes & Drums.
