Owens Community College presented a special guest Sept. 10 in the Terrace View Café. Master Chef Li from China was appointed as chef within the Royal Palace of Chinese Premier Mao Tse Tung in 1970 where his royal cuisine skills were prominently displayed as many of his dishes were served to President Richard Nixon and his staff during their historic first meeting with Chinese leaders in Beijing in 1972.
