● A sanitizer bucket didn’t containt the proper concentration of sanitizer.

● There was no sanitizer solution set up.

● A splash guard at a key hand washing sink needs to be larger. Water from the sink was splashing the dough prep area.

● Date marking stickers don’t have actual date marks on them.

● Utensils were in storage bins that were dirty.
