Bowling Green State University will stage ‘Penelopiad’ at 8 p.m. today and Friday, and 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday in the Eva Marie Saint Theatre in Wolfe Center for the Arts. The play, by Margaret Atwood, explores love, betrayal, and power in a retelling of Homer’s ‘Odyssey’ through the point of view of his wife, Penelope, and her 12 maids. The women, who were hanged, speak from beyond the grave.
