Lead teacher Kim Eltschlager shakes a flour sifter over the head of Jackman Road Elementary Principal Jim Heer as students enjoy the scene. Mr. Heer volunteered for the flour-power duty - and let students break eggs over his head - as a treat to the class that brought in the most items for a charity food drive. Members of the second-grade class were winners, with almost 500 cans of food, while the total for the school was almost 3,000 cans.
