Seven Toledo men were named in a federal indictment unsealed today that charges them with conspiracy to bring cocaine from Texas to northwest Ohio.
Charged with conspiring to possess cocaine and crack cocaine with intent to distribute were: Gale Shelmon, 47; Percy Underwood, 47; Bryant Anderson, 34; Larry Jones, 45; Justin Toler, 37; Creston White, 61, and Darryl Brown, 28.
According to federal prosecutors, beginning in June, 2012, the men allegedly obtained “substantial quantities” of cocaine from Texas and then transported it by semi truck to Toledo, where it was unloaded, stored, and distributed.
