Prochaska signs with WNBA

BG women’s basketball standout Lauren Prochaska has signed a free agent contract with the Seattle Storm of the WNBA.

Prochaska was named All-Mid-American Conference first team last season after averaging 17.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game. She led the Falcons to the MAC’s East Division title and the league’s tournament crown that gave BG a berth in the NCAA tournament.

Last season the Storm, coached by Brian Agler, won the WNBA title.
