■ Notes: The Falcons look to sweep a three-game homestand today. … Last season the two teams met for the first time, with BG claiming a 24-0 victory. The Falcons picked off four passes in that contest, but they have gone seven games (and 241 consecutive passes) since their last interception, which came in the home loss to Kent State last season. … UMass has posted a 1-15 record since joining the MAC in 2012.
