Toledo author Dirk Manning will sign copies of his latest horror graphic novel, Nightmare World Volume Two: Leave the Light On, as well as Nightmare World Volume One: 13 Tales of Terror from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Borders in Westfield Franklin Park, 5001 Monroe St.
Described as “H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos meets Paradise Lost,” the Nightmare World series (from Image Comics/Shadowline) has garnered national attention from fans of horror movies and comic books alike for its cerebral and chilling approach to the horror genre.
Manning will be discussing horror, comics, and offering advice on how to be successful in the comic industry. For more information, call 419-474-3704.
