A Toledo man was sentenced Thursday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court to six years in prison for a pair of robberies.

He robbed the KFC restaurant on West Alexis Road in Sylvania on Dec. 22, and robbed and tied up an elderly man at a house in the 1300 block of Ontario Street on Jan. 3, authorities said.

Judge Bates also imposed a sentence of 39 months for a parole violation on unrelated multiple convictions out of Seneca County.
