Man indicted
in Sept. shooting

A Toledo man who allegedly robbed and shot a gang member was indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Christopher Graves, 20, of 619 Ashwood Ave. was indicted for aggravated robbery and felonious assault, both with firearms specifications, and participating in a criminal gang.

According to police, Mr. Graves approached a vehicle where Keshawn Groom, 19, was sitting Sept. 14 on West Bancroft Street. He allegedly put a gun to his head, told him to give him anything he wanted, and shot Mr. Groom once.

Witnesses said Mr. Groom was a Folk who was hanging out in Manor Boyz territory.
