Savannah Bibbs, 22, of 709 Butterfield Dr., and her father, Stephen Gibbs, 40, of 4 Charlevoix Ct., were indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury on three counts each of complicity in the commission of aggravated arson.

Court records allege Ms. Bibbs paid Mr. Gibbs $500 to set fire to a house Sept. 29 at 624 Pinewood Ave., where she lived. Mr. Gibbs allegedly gave $200 to Malcom Richardson, 50, to start the fire. Mr. Richardson was indicted Oct. 31 for arson.
