Toledo man not indicted in alleged gun case

A Lucas County grand jury declined Friday to indict a Toledo man charged with felonious assault for a Nov. 29 incident in which he allegedly fired a shot but no one was injured.

The grand jury returned a “no bill” against Stefon Gibson, 21, of 527 Collins St. who was arrested earlier this month for the alleged incident.

The alleged victim told Toledo police Mr. Gibson, who is her roommate’s boyfriend, was armed with a gun and fired it once while they struggled over the gun during a fight at her Airport Highway apartment.
