Bond was set in Toledo Municipal Court on Tuesday at $150,000 each for Keviyon Toyer, 19, and Jerome Williams, 23, who remained in the Lucas County jail with pending preliminary hearings March 4.

Mr. Toyer of 1259 Prospect Ave. is charged with weapons under disability, failure to comply, carrying a concealed weapon, obstructing official business, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug abuse.

Mr. Williams of 3515 Mayo St. is charged with weapons under disability, carrying concealed weapons, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, drug abuse, and two counts of obstructing official business.

Both carried loaded handguns, and the one in Mr. Williams’ possession was stolen, police said.
