Coroner's Rulings

The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Darrell Bryant, 57, of Toledo, July 16, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Krista Craig, 17, of Holland, Aug. 23, at Toledo Hospital. Suicide, asphyxia; deceased hanged herself.

Kathy Crittenden, 65, of Temperance, Mich., Aug. 29, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, atlanto-occipital dislocation; deceased was in single motor vehicle rollover accident.

Anastasia Flagg, 80, of Sylvania, Sept. 6, at Ebeid Hospice. Accidental, acute bilateral bronchopneumonia; deceased had unwitnessed fall at nursing home.

James Follas, 43, of Toledo, June 17, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Beryl Henry, Jr., 75, of Toledo, Sept. 3, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on South Detroit. Accident, complications of blunt force trauma to head; deceased had unwitnessed fall at home.

Raycheal Hoak, 78, of Oregon, Aug. 26, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt force trauma sustained from auto accident.

Jorge Ibarra, 50, of Waterville, May 14, at nursing home in Waterville. Accidental, complications of blunt force trauma to head and torso; deceased fell from a ladder.

Samantha Jones, 14, of Toledo, July 11, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, complications of multiple blunt force trauma from auto accident.

David Kennedy, 62, of Bucyrus, Ohio, Aug. 30, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt force injuries sustained in auto accident.

Gregory Kucinski, 42, of Toledo, July 4, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Roland Lewis, 41, of Toledo, July 1, in 3200 block of 138th. Accidental, hypertensive cardiovascular disease.

David Moore, 57, of Norwalk, Ohio, Aug. 31, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, blunt head trauma; deceased was in motorcycle accident.

Christopher Sanders, 37, of Toledo, July 22, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Christopher Smith, 46, of Sandusky, Ohio, June 10 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, blunt force trauma to head and torso sustained from auto accident.

Darryl Stipes, 60, of Toledo, June 21, at Toledo Hospital. Homicide, multiple gunshot wounds.

Hattie Swiatecki, 95, of Toledo, July 14, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, complications of a left hip fracture; deceased fell at home.

Mary Theisen, 85, of Heathrow, Fla., Aug. 21, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, blunt head trauma; decease fell at home.

Troy Varble, 44, of Swanton, July 15, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, electrocution; witnessed electrocution while repairing air conditioner.

Richard Wilhelm, 62, of Northwood, Aug. 1, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, blunt force trauma to head; deceased fell at work.
