The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Justin Bodenschatz, II, 23, of Monroe, Oct. 6, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt-force trauma sustained from auto accident.

Eric Burling, 40, of Toledo, Sept. 1, in 1400 block of Prouty. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Vivica Carrol-Villarreal, 5 months, of Toledo, Aug. 27, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Undetermined, sudden unexplained infant death.

Joseph Davis, 43, of Toledo, Sept. 10, at Mercy St. Anne’s Hospital. Accidental, multiple blunt-force trauma sustained from being struck by auto while bicycling.

Alvis Edmond, 54, of Sylvania, Aug. 12, at Flower Hospital. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Florence Geiger, 79, of Lambertville, Sept. 23, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complications of thermal injury and smoke inhalation.

Derek Gergich, 22, of Toledo, Oct. 6, on Monclova near Wilkins, Monclova. Accidental, smoke inhalation; car on fire after auto struck tree and utility pole.

Sylvestor Harper, 60, of Toledo, Oct. 5, at home. Accidental, probable hyperthermia.

Jeanette Harper, 74, of Toledo, Oct. 5, at home. Accidental, probable hyperthermia.

Adrian Hickman, 4, of Toledo, Sept. 11, at Mercy St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Accidental, hanging by the neck.

David Kellermeier, 63, of Perrysburg, Oct. 2, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, complications of blunt-force trauma to head and torso; tree fell on deceased.

Charlotte Leibovitz, 91, of Sylvania, Aug. 6. at Flower Hospital. Accidental, complications of blunt-force trauma to right hip; deceased had unwitnessed fall at home.

Nicholas Linke, 20, of Toledo, Sept. 8, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Homicide, gunshot wound to torso.

Jason Litton, 33, of Swanton, Aug. 30, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Taevion Maulsby, 4, of Toledo, Oct. 19, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, carbon monoxide poisoning.

Stephanie Nash, 42, of Liberty Center, Sept. 4, at Airport and East Airport Service. Accidental, internal decapitation; deceased was struck by auto.

Darrell Parnell, 19, of Toledo, Sept. 28, in 1300 block of of N. Michigan. Homicide, gunshot wound to chest.

Donald Rossman, 27, of Toledo, Nov. 2, at Toledo Hospital. Suicide, self inflicted gunshot wound to head.

Jerry Samiec, 59, of Rossford, Aug. 24, at Rupert Health Center. Accidental, arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Mathew Scowden, 27, of Sylvania, Sept. 21, at home. Suicide, deceased hanged himself.

Jeremy Snipes, 35, of Toledo, Aug. 20, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

Thaddeus Sobieszczanski, 89, of Maumee, Oct. 28, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Accidental, old age; deceased fell in extended-care facility.

John White, 38, of Millbury, Oct. 6, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Homicide, craniocerebral injuries sustained from being assaulted in parking lot of place of employment.

Ricky Woodard, 29, of Adrian, Nov. 6, at Toledo Hospital. Suicide, anoxic encephalopathy; deceased found hanging in the back of a bar.

Bruce Wyllis, 63, of Maybee, Mich., Aug. 4, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, multiple blunt-force trauma sustained from auto accident.
