Simple Grilled Salmon

- 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 pound fresh salmon fillets or steaks
Preheat the grill. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and the mustard. Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture.
Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
