Lucas County Dogs for Adoption: 09-29

Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Dalmatian mix, black/white male, failed behavior evaluation, food guarder, Fairfax Road, Toledo, stray.

"Pit bull," orange/white male, pound at capacity for "pit bull"-type dogs, Elm Street, Toledo, running at large.

Chow mix, black male, failed behavior evaluation, body handling, Bakewell Street, Toledo, running at large.

"Pit bull," tan/white female, pound at capacity for "pit bull"-type dogs, surrendered by Chris Medrano, Hyatt Lane, Toledo.

Shih tzu, white/black/orange female, veterinarian recommended euthanasia, blind, muscle atrophy, heart murmur, weak, Crabb Road, Toledo, stray.

Retriever/collie mix, orange male, bite history, surrendered by Teri Malkenus, Brown Road, Oregon.
