Lucas County Dogs for Adoption: 3-14


Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Rat terrier, white and black female, unlicensed, stray, bite history, location not specified.

Shepherd/boxer mix, orange and brindle male, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, Summit Street, Toledo.

Retriever mix, black and orange male, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/food guarder, State Park Road, Oregon.

"Pit bull," white female, unlicensed, stray, pound at capacity for "pit bull"-type dogs, East Pearl Street, Toledo.

German shepherd, black and tan male, licensed, failed behavior evaluation/food guarder, surrendered by Tammy Tisdale, Dorchester Drive, Toledo.

Beagle mix, orange and white male, licensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, surrendered by Sandra Connolly, South Fearing Boulevard, Toledo.

"Pit bull," orange and white female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, Templar Road, Toledo, running at large.
