Lucas County Dogs for Adoptin: 8-01

Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Boxer, brown and white male, unlicensed, bite attempt, surrendered by Timothy Morehead, Sr., Key Street, Maumee.

"Pit bull," black and white female, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/food guarder, Lagrange Street, Toledo.

"Pit bull" mix, tan and white male, unlicensed, bite history, surrendered by Daise Kimble, Walnut Street, Toledo.

Belgian Malinois, black and tan male, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/food guarder, Dundee Street, Toledo.

Beagle, black and white male, licensed, owner requested euthanasia because of illness, surrendered by Tammie Spross, Douglas Road, Toledo.

Rat terrier, tri-colored female, licensed, aggressive/unsafe, surrendered by Barbara Naus, Orville Drive, Toledo.
