Lucas County Dogs for Adoption: 12-1

Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

“Pit bull,” orange and white male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, King Street, Toledo, running at large.

German shepherd, black and orange female, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia because of quality of life (hit by car, extensive injuries), North Detroit Avenue, Toledo, running at large.

Boxer mix puppy, brown and white male, too young for license, died in pound (mother laid on him), born at pound, South Erie Street, Toledo.

“Pit bull” mix puppy, brindle and white female, too young for license, veterinarian recommended euthanasia because of quality of life (pup was nonresponsive, infection at umbilical cord area), born at pound, South Erie Street, Toledo.

“Pit bull” mix, black and white male, licensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression, surrendered by Harold Jones, Dexter Street, Toledo.

“American bulldog,” white and red male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, Belmont Avenue, Toledo.

Spaniel/terrier mix, black female, licensed, bite history,surrendered by Julie Felt, Burton Avenue, Toledo.

Rottweiler mix, black and orange and white female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/food guarding, Robinwood Avenue, Toledo, running at large.

Labrador mix, black and white female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/food guarding, Oak Street, Toledo.
