Lucas County dogs for adoption: 4/6

Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

“Pit bull,” black and white female, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression, Vermaas Avenue, Toledo.

“Pit bull,” black and white female, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/food guarding, Thomas Street, Toledo.

Cairn terrier mix, black and tan female, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia because of poor quality of life (shattered pelvis and mammary mass), Manhattan Boulevard, Toledo, running at large.

Beagle, black and tan male, unlicensed, fearful/unsafe, Somerset Street, Toledo, running at large.

Mastiff, brown male, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, Alexis Road, Toledo.

“Pit bull,” orange and white male, licensed, dog aggression, Vance Street, Toledo, running at large.

Rottweiler, red male, unlicensed, fearful/unsafe, surrendered by Shawn McComis, Sabra Road, Toledo.

Dogs transferred

Dogs transferred April 5 to Maumee Valley Save-A-Pet and the Toledo Area Humane Society by the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office:
