Lucas County Dogs for Adoption: 10-24

Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

“Pit bull,” tan and white male, unlicensed, fearful/​unsafe, Utah Street, Toledo, confiscated by police.

Cane Corso, black and tan male, unlicensed, aggressive/​unsafe, Berry Street, Toledo, running at large.

Shih Tzu, white and black female, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia/​quality of life (corneal ulcer, unable to medicate/​trying to bite, unable to defecate), Barrows Street, Toledo, running at large.

German shepherd, black male, licensed, owner requested euthanasia (age-related illness), surrendered by Sharon Woodward, Chippewa Road, Toledo.
